Gentle Exercise to keep you fit

Move It or Lose It is an excellent choice of affordable exercise for older people and those with a disability to challenge their fitness levels, from the very active to the not so active. Move It or Lose It classes have grown in popularity as people are now living longer and want to maintain a good level of personal fitness. The classes provide gentle exercise to music for older people and anyone of any age with a disability. Its aim is to promote health, increase mobility and independence, improve strength, coordination and balance and counteract isolation and loneliness. We have a new exercise class starting on Tuesday 2nd October 12:30 to 1:30 called Move It or Lose It.

Our fitness classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve you flexibility, agility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater strength. All exercises can be done seated or standing depending on your ability.
