Extend is an excellent choice of affordable exercise for older people and those with a disability to challenge their fitness levels. The classes provide gentle exercise to music. Extend sessions are held Mondays 1pm – 2pm and 2:15pm – 3:15pm.
What you eat affects how healthy you are and being healthy is much, much more than not being ill! Sessions are informal so bring a notepad and your sense of humour.
This project started in May 2013 when work began clearing ground. We’ve come along in leaps and bounds and there are now a number of edible plants growing produce that is being used in the cafe.
